David Brott, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Brott has over ten years experience in strategic business development and marketing within the digital home software industry. Mr. Brott has led growth-oriented marketing and licensing efforts at emerging technology companies such as DivX, Digital 5, Interactual and Ravisent Technologies. While serving at these companies he established business and technology alliances with numerous companies in the personal computer, integrated circuit, consumer electronics and software application markets including Dell, Gateway, HP, Intel, AMD, ATI, Broadcom, Conexant, ST Microelectronics, Philips, Panasonic, Pioneer, Toshiba, Dolby Laboratories and others. Mr. Brott also held tactical communications and mission planning roles as a member of Seal Team Three in the United States Navy. Mr. Brott received his BA from the University of California at San Diego with Highest Distinction, with advanced coursework at Wharton Executive Education and the Center For Creative Leadership.

Victor Koosh, President and Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Koosh co-founded Meedio LLC, a software company bringing lifestyle management solutions to the digital home. He joined Caesar Systems as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2001, following an appointment as Senior Portfolio Advisor, and prior to that, New Ventures Commercial Manager for Wintershall AG, a German Oil & Gas company. Victor has 15 years of international business experience, having previously owned two companies serving the international petroleum industry. He was educated in Business Administration at the University of Houston, enjoys traveling internationally with his wife, Alejandra, and speaks Russian, Spanish and German.

Pablo Pissanetzky, Chief Technical Officer
Pablo Pissanetzky is the original developer of myHTPC and a co-founder of Meedio, LLC. Prior to co-founding Meedio, Pablo held a position as a senior software architect with Enron Corp in both London and Houston. While at Enron, Pablo was responsible for the design and implementation of several large-scale, multi-million dollar software projects. Pablo joined Enersoft, an energy software startup, as a C++ developer in 1994. He was educated in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Texas A&M University and Sam Houston State University. Since the age of 13, Pablo has considered computer programming a hobby as well as a career.

Pedro Navarro, Senior Developer
Mr. Navarro has over 10 years experience developing software. He has worked on several large-scale projects for public and government institutions as a software developer and architect. Before joining Meedio he worked as a software developer and network systems architect for Telemática RC and prior to that held positions with development, architecture and hardware architecture responsibilities with two other companies. He has a B.S. in Computer Science and Information Systems from UNED in Madrid, Spain.
